Initiate Your Return: Simply fill out the form below to start your return. Enter the order number from your confirmation email and the email address associated with your purchase.

Bought your Beauty Ice roller at a retail location and didn't share your email at checkout? No problem. Reach out to our Customer Service team at: customerservice@beautyice.com with the details on your receipt. We’re here to guide you through the return process.

Choose Your Path: Decide whether you want to exchange your item or return it. Answer a few short questions about your order, and like magic - your return shipping label will be generated (or sent to you via email).

Prepare and Send: Package your Beauty Ice roller in its original box, ensuring it’s in the pristine condition you received it in. Affix the provided shipping label to the parcel and hand it over to the carrier.

Straightforward Exchanges and Returns: We promise no hidden return shipping fees in the UK & US and absolutely no restocking charges.

For your first exchange, there’s no cost at all. If you need further exchanges, please contact our Customer Service for approval. Subsequent exchanges will carry a nominal shipping fee of £5.00, payable before processing.
